Report Content

1. How to Report Content
If you believe an asset on the grid is illegal, harmful, or infringes your rights, email abuse@1mcells.com with the subject “Content Report” and include:
- The asset coordinates, title, and grid link if available.
- The specific reason (illegal content, copyright, impersonation, fraud, etc.).
- Evidence or context that helps us locate and evaluate the content.
- Your contact email, unless you wish to report anonymously.
You can also use the Report this asset link in an asset’s detail panel, which pre-fills the asset details for you.
2. Urgent Safety Reports
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) should also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline or the relevant national authority. We preserve and disclose content and account records to law enforcement when required or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.
3. What Happens After a Report
- We aim to acknowledge reports within 24–48 business hours.
- We may delist, freeze, or remove the asset while we investigate, and we may suspend or terminate the associated account.
- We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement, courts, and safety organizations.
- Assets removed for violating our standards are not eligible for a refund, consistent with our Refund Policy.
We are not obligated to monitor every asset, but we review reports and may proactively remove content that violates our Terms.
4. Prohibited Content
The following is never allowed on the grid (the full list is in our Terms of Service):
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Terrorism, extremist violence, credible threats, or incitement to harm.
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory abuse.
- Illegal goods or services, trafficking, or unauthorized pharmaceuticals and weapons.
- Fraud, phishing, malware, or deceptive landing pages.
- Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement.
- Doxxing, privacy violations, or impersonation.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
5. Copyright & DMCA Notices
Send copyright notices to abuse@1mcells.com with the subject “DMCA Takedown”. A valid notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The coordinates or URL of the allegedly infringing asset.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
We may forward notices to the uploader and remove or delist the material. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address. Accounts that receive repeated substantiated infringement notices may be suspended or terminated.
6. Law Enforcement
Law-enforcement requests should be sent to abuse@1mcells.com. Include the requesting agency, legal process (if any), and the specific asset or account. Emergency requests are prioritized. We respond in accordance with applicable law and may preserve relevant records.
