Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 21, 2026 • All Sales Final — No Voluntary Refunds
1. Instant Digital Delivery
One Million Cells provides permanent ownership of digital space on a 1,000,000 cell grid. When payment is confirmed, delivery is immediate and irreversible:
- Your asset is permanently tied to your account, and its coordinates remain occupied until you use the one-time relocation option or the asset is removed under our policies.
- Your asset image, title, and link are rendered on the grid and distributed through our global edge network.
- Real-time events publish the new asset to every connected visitor.
2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
Because the asset is digital content delivered immediately and the purchase grants a permanent placement right, all purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, cancellations, or returns after purchase, including for:
- a change of mind or no longer wanting the asset;
- disliking the placement, size, or visual result after delivery;
- using or declining the one-time relocation option;
- wanting a different image or title after the asset is live;
- not using the asset or the destination link.
You can update your asset image, title, and link from your dashboard after purchase. Editing an asset does not create a right to a refund.
3. Statutory Rights and Payment Disputes
We do not offer voluntary refunds, cancellations, or returns. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any non-waivable right you have under applicable consumer law, including a remedy for non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed digital content, or an unauthorized transaction.
Waffo, as Merchant of Record, may reverse or refund a charge under card-network rules or its merchant terms. Those decisions are Waffo’s and do not create a voluntary refund entitlement under this policy. If a charge is reversed or a statutory remedy is provided, the corresponding asset may be suspended or revoked and the coordinates may be released back to the available pool.
4. Merchant of Record (Waffo)
Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay transactions are settled by our Merchant of Record, Waffo.
Waffo may exercise its own refund, dispute, or chargeback rights under its merchant terms and card-network rules, including for suspected unauthorized use, compliance requirements, or merchant non-delivery. Those actions are Waffo’s decisions and are not a customer refund entitlement under this policy.
5. Support Before Chargebacks
If you believe an exception applies, contact our support desk first at support@1mcells.com with your receipt or checkout session ID and asset coordinates. We aim to respond to legitimate inquiries within 24–48 business hours.
Filing a chargeback does not override this policy. While a dispute is open, the asset may be suspended or revoked, and the outcome is governed by the card-network rules and Waffo’s merchant terms.
6. EU/EEA/UK Consumers
Where mandatory consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery of the asset has begun or completed. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered content, or unauthorized transactions. Waffo’s checkout and merchant terms also apply.
